Watering installation

Production and installation of watering equipment designed by Vullings for the mushroom growing sector. Fully automated watering system with perfect (patented) water distribution. Worldwide sales and installation.

It is also possible to use this spraying-arm within other applications. Particular there where a good water dosing and spread is important. Besides water, is it also possible to use other liquids (for example preservatives)

Construction of machinery

In close consultation with the customer and usually in collaboration with an engineering office, we can build highly advanced machines for various applications.

Also we do have a lot of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic. Besides we can mounting and starting-up machines on site.

Equipment & accessories

We build complete systems together, mostly provided with much regulator equipment and in combination with complete system layouts.

We have experience with the building from for example sortmachines and conveyers, for several applications. 

Welding work

Thanks to years of experience, we can provide highly skilled and specialised welding work. Our employees have welding diploma's - level III TIG for aluminium and stainless steel.

Service and maintenance

We have skilled, VCA certified service engineers, who are specialised in service and maintenance for various types of companies. They also perform maintenance on watering installations. The service team is equipped with advanced tools and a state of the art service van.
